Big Tours

Tourist Attractions

BIG is Guam's #1 tourist attraction operator since 1990. The group is rapidly expanding and has over a dozen new tours planned to open between 2009 and 2011 including dinner cruises, eco-tourist facilities and more.

Located between the Hyatt Regency and Outrigger Hotels and across from Guam's premiere luxury shopping complex, the DFS Galleria, in the epicenter of Guam's tourist center, the company's first attraction (SandCastle Entertainment Complex) opened in 1990. SandCastle was voted Guam's Best Tourist Attraction by the Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB).

The $40 million 60,000 square foot SandCastle Entertainment Complex (http://www.sandcastle.jp  www.sandcastle.jp/guam) is Guam's # 1 visitor attraction and has entertained over 5,000,000 Japanese and Korean visitors since opening in 1990. The complex, wrapped in 24 karat gold tile, features crystal chandeliers, an elegant 550 seat fine-dining theater-restaurant, and presents elaborate original stage production shows on a stage larger than any on Broadway and one of the largest in the Pacific Rim. Show tickets range from $65 to $300 with standard dinner show packages available starting at $150. You won't believe you're in Guam!

Also located at the SandCastle is the Globe Ultra Lounge, a 1000 capacity state of the nightclub arranged on three levels including a jazz club accessed by private elevator, balconies, billiard room, karaoke room and more.

BIG also owns and operates SandCastle Saipan at the Hyatt Regency Saipan. New attractions scheduled for opening in 2010 include a dinner cruise, dolphin watching tour, and beach BBQ.

Show Production

The company's multi-million dollar production, “Dream”, opened in mid-2008 to rave reviews and will be featured on the Discovery Channel in a special feature“The Making of a Dream.” Directed by Chris Childers, artistic coordinator for Le Reve at Wynn Las Vegas and formerly with Cirque du Soleil and Madonna, the show presents the story of two young Chinese girls dreaming of the world. It features American showgirls, glamorous costumes, rare white and red tigers, a world-class illusionist, and the incredible of the award winning Hebei Acrobats performing aerial acrobatics over and around the audience. BIG's creative team includes world class designers who have developed shows such as Cirque du Soleil's “O” at Bellagio and Celine Dion's “A New Day” at Caesars Palace. BIG shows are highly visual and geared for non-English speaking audiences.
