TURN KEY SERVICES. BIG Services provides turn-key services from menu planning and provision of food and beverage to purchasing, receiving, on-site and off-site storage, ocean and ground freight and local transportation, food production and preparation, serving, stewarding and cleaning and complete operations and facility management. BIG Services can cater hot meals or "to go meals" to your job site or work camp from our centralized facility, cook and prepare meals from your facility or day camp (large or small) or even provide turn-key facility setup including cafeteria planning and either lease or build-equip-operate. BIG Services can provide free consultation services and custom solutions to satisfy the most demanding clients. Whatever your food service needs, BIG Services can provide BIG solutions.

QUALITY MEALS. Choice of 2-week or 3-week rotational menu (no repeated menu items for 2 to 3 weeks). Breakfast and dinner at work camp unless specified otherwise. Lunch "to go" to job site unless specified otherwise. Hot lunch available on non-working day(s). Customized menu planning is available that can cater to meal tastes and preferences for any work force whether American, Filipino, Chinese or Thai H-2 contract workers. Standard meal packages are provided for one low fixed price "per worker per week." BIG Services works directly with our clients to plan menus that meet any budget and exceed expectations.

BIG SERVICES can also manage and handle your other work camp needs including operation of a manned convenience shop and/or the provision of vending machines including laundry (with maintenance and repair included), and snack machines on a commission (revenue share) basis.
