BIG Services maintains a full time staff of qualified technicians to maintain and repair all food service equipment as well as a complete inventory of major parts.

BIG Services sponsors and provides internships for the Guam Community College Culinary Program.

BIG Services Facilities include a 7,500 square foot production kitchen with a 1.6 megawatt 100% backup power generator, on site water storage, ample on site refrigerated storage and both on and off site warehousing, all serving as a primary catering solution as well as a complete back-up solution for remote work camp cafeterias.

BIG Services has national and international food purchasing contracts thereby ensuring no negative impact whatsoever on Guam's local food product availability.

BIG Services has established time-proven emergency action plans for dealing with a myriad of issues including interruption of food and/or product supplies due to typhoons or inclement weather, natural disasters and/or interruptions caused by strikes, acts of God, supply chain interruptions and more.
