BIG Services LLC is a separate but affiliated company of Baldyga International Group (BIG), owner and operator of the SandCastle Guam (Guam’s #1 Tourist Attraction). Baldyga International Group is a locally owned small business founded by President & CEO Mark Baldyga, employing locally hired managers and staff since 1990. BIG Services is a minority, woman-owned small business led by Chairman & CEO Christina Baldyga, President Mark Baldyga and EVP & COO Rizk Saad.

Food Services Management. BIG Senior Management has over 80 years combined experience in food service. Executive Vice President Rizk Saad is vice chair of the Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association and was formerly Vice President Food & Beverage of Golf Host, Tamarron Resort and Enchanment Resort in Sedona as well as Board member of the prestigious International Food Service Executives Association (IFSEA).
Culinary Team. The BIG Culinary Team has been professionally trained to provide flexible food service programs to meet your varying needs and ethnic cuisine. BIG has teamed up with the International School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management to provide professionally trained chefs serving the highest quality, best tasting meals that meet or exceed the highest nutritional standards.
Environmentally Responsible. BIG is a corporate leader in environmentally responsible operating practices. The company purchases and uses environmentally friendly products and incorporates an on site recycling program.
Multi-Ethnic Experience. BIG employs multi-lingual staff including fluent speakers in English, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog (Filipino), Arabic, Spanish, Thai and Chinese.
